In celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and in honor of MLK Day 2019, Comcast NBCUniversal has launched an interactive online platform where the public can share stories of how they keep the spirit of Dr. King alive through their own photos and videos.
By uploading contributions through Instagram, the photos and videos will become part of an online digital mosaic, designed as a way for people around the world to express their personal vision of Dr. King’s dream and what it means to be part of the on-going march for justice and equality. In addition, Xfinity TV will celebrate Black History Month with a special curated On Demand destination in February that focuses on a new generation of influencers and leaders shaping the culture and issues facing the African American community.
