In November 2021, Comcast awarded $1 million in grants to 100 small businesses owned by women and people of color, including Black, Indigenous, Hispanic, and Asian American owners, among others, in the Twin Cities. Comcast RISE is part of Comcast’s ongoing effort to advancing digital equity. As we continue to rebuild, recover, and emerge from the effects of the pandemic, small businesses will continue to be the backbone of our economy, and we must take every opportunity to help them thrive.
